Braniak Gym offers multiple training options so members can choose the level of structure, coaching, and accountability that fits their goals and schedule.


Open Gym (24/7 Access)

Train on your own schedule with full access to free weights, machines, turf areas, pickleball courts, and recovery amenities. This option is ideal for experienced lifters or anyone who prefers independent training in a serious, well-equipped environment.


Group Training

Group training is a coach-led workout performed in a larger group setting. Sessions are structured, high-energy, and designed to improve conditioning, burn calories, and build overall fitness in a motivating group environment.


Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is small-group coaching with a more personalized approach. Each session follows a structured training plan with individualized loading, progressions, and coaching cues, allowing members to build strength and muscle while still training alongside others.


One-on-One Personal Training
